Job Responsibility

You are responsible for managing the Engineering team by conducting performance reviews, developing skills and abilities through appropriate training and coaching supporting both personal and professional goals.
You will focus on the daily maintenance of all areas as well as preventive maintenance to ensure guests enjoy the utmost comfort during their stay.
You will locate technical failures and ensure they are solved.
You will conduct inspection rounds in the hotel.
You will contact third parties in case of failures, which cannot be solved by the team.
You will operate and ensure the proper functioning of the BMS (Gebouwbeheerssysteem).
You make sure the Engineers are scheduled according to the business demands
You are responsible for all the hotel licenses & certificates (such as Green Globe and GBAC STAR Facility).
You take care of all the administrative tasks related to the Engineering department.
You are responsible for creating and adapting security plans and protocols.
