Job Description:

The Hotel Cleanliness Supervisor is responsible for inspecting guest rooms, public areas, and other spaces to ensure quality standards. This role involves assisting in daily housekeeping operations, coordinating efforts between various departments, maintaining guest satisfaction, and supporting the management team through hiring, training, and evaluating employees.

Job Responsibility:

Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and pool to ensure quality standards
prioritize room cleaning and update status of departing guest rooms
assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating employees
follow company and safety policies
document and resolve issues with discrepant rooms
complete paperwork and communicate issues to next shift
maintain confidentiality and protect company assets
welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards
assist individuals with disabilities
develop positive working relationships with others

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
at least 1 year of related work experience
at least 1 year of supervisory experience
