Hotel Cleanliness Supervisor Job at Marriott Bonvoy (Auckland)

Job Description

We’re looking for a talented Hotel Cleanliness Supervisor to join our department.

Carry out routine inspections in all areas of the hotel
Assist in cleaning and re-supplying the given number of guest rooms and other areas of the hotel
Ensure high level of communication with housekeeping team and other departments to resolve any room related queries
Run reports for rooms sold, arrivals, departures and vacant rooms
Prepare and distribute rooms to the housekeeping team on shift
Carry out trainings for new starters and update all training records
Guest satisfaction is the primary motto for this function
Have a sound knowledge of all hotel products and services and actively recommend to our guests

At least 1 year experience in a housekeeping supervisory and/or team leader role
At least 3 years experience in housekeeping
A high attention to detail
Excellent time management and organizational skills
A can-do attitude in a fast-paced environment
Physically fit
Strong communication and organizational skills
Flexible availability - including weekends and public holidays
Punctual and well-presented
Must be eligible to work in New Zealand on a work or residency visa or be a citizen
