Job Description:

Hotel Cleanliness Supervisor position at Sheraton Jeddah Hotel responsible for inspecting cleaned areas, managing room status, coordinating between departments, and ensuring quality standards in housekeeping operations.

Job Responsibility:

Inspect guest rooms, public areas, pool after cleaning
Run sold room reports and verify room status
Determine discrepant rooms and prioritize room cleaning
Update status of departing guest rooms
Assist Housekeeping management in daily activities
Act as liaison between Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry
Document and resolve issues with discrepant rooms
Prepare and distribute changes in room assignments
Complete required paperwork
Assist in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating employees
Follow company safety and security policies
Report maintenance problems and safety hazards
Ensure uniform and personal appearance are professional
Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
Address guests' service needs
Assist individuals with disabilities
Develop positive working relationships
Move, lift, carry objects up to 55 pounds
Push and pull loaded housekeeping cart
Stand, sit, kneel, or walk for extended periods

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
At least 1 year of supervisory experience
