Job Description:

We’re looking for a talented Hotel Cleanliness Supervisor to join our department.

Job Responsibility:

  • Carry out routine inspections in all areas of the hotel
  • Assist in cleaning and re-supplying the given number of guest rooms and other areas of the hotel
  • Ensure high level of communication with housekeeping team and other departments to resolve any room related queries
  • Run reports for rooms sold, arrivals, departures and vacant rooms
  • Prepare and distribute rooms to the housekeeping team on shift
  • Carry out trainings for new starters and update all training records
  • Guest satisfaction is the primary motto for this function
  • Have a sound knowledge of all hotel products and services and actively recommend to our guests

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year experience in a housekeeping supervisory and/or team leader role
  • At least 3 years experience in housekeeping
  • A high attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • A can-do attitude in a fast-paced environment
  • Physically fit
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Flexible availability - including weekends and public holidays
  • Punctual and well-presented
  • Must be eligible to work in New Zealand on a work or residency visa or be a citizen
