You’ll oversee daily housekeeping operations to ensure our rooms and public areas meet 5-star presentation standards. This includes supervising staff, training new team members, coordinating rosters, and maintaining stock and equipment. You may also assist with inspections, guest requests, and administrative tasks as required.
Job Responsibility:
Supervise, support and train housekeeping associates
Coordinate daily tasks, respond to calls, and manage productivity
Conduct room/public area checks to maintain high cleaning standards
Assist with recruitment, performance reviews and coaching
Maintain stock levels and report maintenance issues
Ensure safety, hygiene and grooming standards are consistently met
Requirements:
Previous experience in housekeeping or a supervisory role (hotel experience desirable)
Strong communication and leadership skills
Great attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction
Basic computer skills
Ability to work on your feet, lift/push equipment safely, and work across different areas as needed
