Job Description:

Our Guest Environment Experts are responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the hotel, ensuring guest satisfaction and upholding quality standards while following workplace policies.

Job Responsibility:

Giving guests a clean room and a freshly made bed
delivering guest requests
stocking carts
cleaning rooms and public spaces
creating a memorable and unique experience for guests.

Requirements:

Ensuring a safe workplace
following company policies and procedures
maintaining confidentiality
upholding quality standards
ensuring uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional
being physically able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended time
moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance
performing other reasonable job duties as requested.
