Job Description:

Our Guest Environment Experts maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the hotel. Responsibilities include delivering guest requests, cleaning rooms, and ensuring spaces create a memorable guest experience. Employees must adhere to safety, quality, and professional standards.

Job Responsibility:

Delivering guest requests
stocking carts
cleaning rooms and public spaces
maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the whole hotel
performing other reasonable job duties as requested.

Requirements:

Ensuring a safe workplace
following company policies and procedures
maintaining confidentiality
upholding quality standards
ensuring uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional
ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended time
ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance.
