The Hotel Cleanliness Expert ensures the cleanliness, tidiness and maintenance of the guest rooms in his/ her assigned areas according to the hotel’s standards. He/she attends to guest’s needs.
Job Responsibility:
Ensure master key is received and returned
Ensure work assignment is received, correctly filled and returned
Make up guest room daily
Perform night turndown service daily
Tidy up guest items as directed by procedure
Keep your work environment clean and tidy
Clean and maintain all marble and granite floors daily
Clean and maintain guestroom and carpets, wallpapers, furniture and bathrooms daily
Clean and maintain guest hallway carpets, wallpapers and furniture daily
Report defects on fixed assets furniture and equipment
Report all Lost & Found to Housekeeping
Report any unusual and suspicious behavior of guests or staff
Ensure to comply with the grooming and uniform standards
Ensure compliance with legislated health and safety requirements within the workplace
Conduct duties in a courteous, safe and efficient manner, in accordance with St. Regis Hotel, Abu Dhabi policies and procedures, ensuring that the highest level of service and communication is maintained
Comply with all Corporate and Hotel Standards and Procedures
Promote by example the principles of “bespoke and uncompromising service”
Actively promote a work environment, which cares for guests and associates alike
Able to work any shift that is assigned to him/ her by the Housekeeping Managers
Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobby, public restrooms, etc
Report any damage of carpets and upholsteries
Ensure the use of cleaning chemicals is according to the instructions set by the hotel
Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of cleaning equipment
Ensure that all associates comply with the grooming and uniform standards
Requirements:
Graduate
Minimum 6 months working in hotels/housekeeping job in service industry is required
Able to work any shift assigned to you by your supervisor
Able to withstand & handle dusty and unclean work environment
