Job Description:

The Guest Environment Expert is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of JW Marriott Hotel Hanoi, ensuring guest satisfaction through thoughtful and professional practices, and contributing to a memorable hospitality experience.

Job Responsibility:

Delivering guest requests
stocking carts
cleaning rooms and public spaces
maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the whole hotel
creating a great guest experience.

Requirements:

Ensuring a safe workplace
following company policies and procedures
maintaining confidentiality
upholding quality standards
ensuring uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional
being on feet and moving around (stand, sit, or walk for an extended time)
performing hands-on work (move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance)
fulfilling other reasonable job duties as requested.
