Job Description:

Guest Environment Experts are skilled in housekeeping functions with responsibility for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the whole hotel, empowered to move about their space and do what needs to be done to create memorable and unique guest experiences.

Job Responsibility:

Delivering guest requests
Stocking carts
Cleaning rooms and public spaces
Maintaining hotel appearance and cleanliness
Creating great guest experiences
Completing reasonable job duties as requested

Requirements:

Skilled in a wide range of housekeeping functions
Responsibility for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the whole hotel
Ability to move about the space and complete tasks as needed
Ensuring a safe workplace
Following company policies and procedures
Maintaining confidentiality
Upholding quality standards
Maintaining professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications
Physical ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended time
Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance
