Job Responsibility:

  • Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and facilities after cleaning to ensure quality standards are met
  • Review room reports, verify room status, identify and resolve discrepancies
  • Prioritise room cleaning
  • Assist with daily housekeeping operations while coordinating closely with Front Office, Engineering, and Laundry as a key point of contact
  • Update room statuses, prepare and communicate assignment sheets, handle discrepancies with the Front Desk, complete required documentation, and ensure clear handovers to the next shift
  • Supervise assigned floors, ensure rooms are ready on time, and maintain consistent service and cleanliness standards

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working within a similar environment preferred
  • Strong Communication skills (verbal, listening, writing)
  • Attention to detail
  • Pro-active and reliable
  • Able to work alone and within a team
  • Good level of English essential
