Job Description:

Hotel Butler role at Estelle Manor, a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire. The manor has four restaurants, a Roman-inspired spa, 108 bedrooms, a gym, kids’ club, and workspace. The role ensures the ‘warmth and magic’ of the Estelle brand is carried throughout the private Houses and across the Estate.

Job Responsibility:

  • Ensure the ‘warmth and magic’ of the Estelle brand is carried throughout our private Houses and across the Estate
  • Review the entire guest journey from pre-arrival to post-visit, ensuring all personal touches are added, along with any additional requests and elevation opportunities
  • Strive to go the extra mile to ensure every member receives genuine and personalised service

Requirements:

  • Proven experience within luxury yachts, hotels, private estates, or in premium cabin crew roles would be advantageous
  • A demonstrated background in delivering exceptional high-touch service within refined, ultra-luxury environments is essential
  • A charismatic person who is confident and collaborative and holds pride in their work
  • Ideally, aged over 25 with a full UK driving license
  • Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking to colleagues, senior management and being front of house building relationships with our members and guests
  • Excellent interpersonal, time management and organisational skills
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experience with keen attention to detail
