Job Description:

As a Butler, you will ensure the ‘warmth and magic’ of the Estelle brand is carried throughout our private Houses and across the Estate. You will review the entire guest journey from pre-arrival to post-visit, ensuring all personal touches are added, along with any additional requests and elevation opportunities. You strive to go the extra mile to ensure every member receives genuine and personalised service.

Requirements:

  • Previous service experience within luxury yachts, hospitality brands, or private estates
  • Ideally aged over 25 with a full UK driving license
  • Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking to colleagues, senior management and being front of house building relationships with members and guests
  • Excellent interpersonal, time management and organisational skills
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experience with keen attention to detail.
