Job Description

Capital Vacations is urgently hiring in our Hotel Booking Department at our Springfield Call Center. This position is responsible for booking reservations for the Activations department and data entry.

Job Responsibility

  • Pays flat hourly rate of $17 per hour
  • Check all Marketing Emails
  • Check all booking sheets to ensure nothing is booked on blackout dates and that dates are available
  • Email or fax hotels and vendors
  • Keep up to date Blackout List
  • Check condo availability
  • Pull manifests for all arrivals
  • All other duties assigned.

Requirements

  • 1+ year Administrative or Office work preferred
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Fast learner who eager to increase your knowledge and skillset
  • Ability to multi-task and perform well under pressure
  • Functional knowledge of computers and basic computer programs
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in basic PC knowledge
  • Microsoft Office experience is preferred
  • proficient in Microsoft excel is required
  • Must enjoy a team environment
