Job Responsibility:
Responding to guest requests and inquiries
Keeping bar area clean in accordance with company standards
Maintaining an accurate cash drawer
Preparing, mixing and serving drinks to hotel guests directly or through serving staff
Developing an efficient work pace that keeps the customers at the bar and in the dining room satisfied at all times
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous bartending experience
Customer service experience
Must be capable of accurately handling money
Reading, math, and communication skills
Availability to work holidays and weekends is required
Adhere to brand and company standards
