Job Responsibility:
Welcoming guests to the restaurant and escorting them to their table with seamless efficiency, leaving a positive lasting impression
Creating genuine emotional bonds with guests to build loyalty and exceptional service experiences
Answering telephone calls, making reservations, and managing bookings
Liaising with our Reservations and Front Office teams for bookings
Coordinating with the Restaurant Manager and Executive Chef for special requests, menus, and assisting other colleagues throughout service
Bring experience managing entrances or guest flows for bars, nightclubs, or similar high-energy venues
Requirements:
Immaculate personal presentation with a warm and welcoming personality
Intuitive service and an absolute understanding of our guests' needs to create exceptional service experiences that result in lasting memories
Motivated, creative, and experienced in a similar role within a five-star hotel or fine dining environment
A passion for food and quality products, a team player who is an avid learner, and wants to be challenged and developed
Proven ability to work in a pressured environment with the most demanding guests
Be flexible to work on weekends and holidays
What we offer:
Competitive salary ranging from £35,000 to £36,500 gross per annum, based on a 40-hour working week and inclusive of service charge, depending on experience
