Job Description:

Greet and seat guests, maintain dining room cleanliness, ensure proper table settings, and provide assistance to guests while upholding Marriott's standards of hospitality.

Job Responsibility:

Greet guests and determine the number in their party
Seat guests by finding clean, available tables
Guide guests through dining rooms
Move and arrange tables, chairs, and settings
Ensure place settings are appropriate
Check menus to ensure they are current, clean, plentiful
Maintain cleanliness of work areas
Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience
No supervisory experience
No license or certification required
Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time
Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance
