Job Responsibility:
Greet all guests with a warm welcome as they enter the dining area
Maintain awareness of guest needs and demeanor while waiting
Seat guests by request or assigned table section rotation
Assist with the set up and cleanliness of the restaurant adhering to brand standards
Assist with inventory of food, beverages and supplies needed for each day
Assist with clearing and set-up of tables as they are vacated
Restock self-service food and supplies as needed
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Six months customer service, hotel or restaurant experience preferred
Must be able to understand, read, write and speak English at an advanced level
Must be well groomed and have excellent personal appearance
Must be able to apply commonsense understanding in carrying out instructions
Must be able to utilize and follow a checklist
Must be able to comply in standardized situations with only occasional or no variation
Must be available to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Must be able to work without constant supervision
Must be able to work well as a part of a team
Must be engaging with all guests throughout meal periods
