Hostess

• Welcoming and seating guests
• Managing reservations
• Coordinating table assignments to ensure a smooth and seamless dining experience
• Acting as the first point of contact for guests arriving at restaurant venues
• Maintaining efficiency, courtesy, and attention to detail in all interactions
• Responding promptly to guest inquiries
• Providing accurate information about restaurant offerings
• Assisting with special requests whenever possible
• Communicating effectively with both guests and team members

• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• 6–12 months of experience in Food & Beverage or a similar role preferred
• Basic knowledge of restaurant operations and guest service standards
• Ability to operate reservation systems and general computer applications
• Strong communication skills with proficiency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with a guest-focused approach
• This position is open to Saudi Nationals only, in line with Saudization requirements for Labor law.
