Job Description:

We're looking for a compassionate, vibrant, and dynamic individual to join our team as a Hostel Warden. As a guardian of our hostel, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the lives of our students, fostering a sense of community, and creating unforgettable memories.

Job Responsibility:

Provide pastoral care and support to students, ensuring their physical, emotional, and mental well-being
Create a warm, inclusive, and respectful environment that promotes diversity, equity, and social responsibility
Develop and implement engaging programs and activities that encourage socialization, teamwork, and personal growth
Ensure the hostel's rules and regulations are respected, maintaining discipline and order while being approachable and empathetic
Collaborate with the management team to address student concerns, resolve conflicts, and make informed decisions
Maintain accurate records, reports, and communication with parents/guardians, teachers, and other stakeholders

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., education, psychology, social work)
Proven experience in a similar role or working with young adults
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills
