Job Responsibility:

  • Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome
  • Inform guests about wait times accurately and manage the waitlist
  • Maintain the highest standard of service, sanitation, and hospitality
  • Collaborate closely with store management and other employees to foster a team environment
  • Embrace and promote the CPK High 5 service principles
  • Provide an inviting and pleasant experience for guests from arrival to seating
  • Assist in ensuring smooth flow of guests during busy periods

Requirements:
