Job Responsibility

Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome
Inform guests about wait times accurately and manage the waitlist
Maintain the highest standard of service, sanitation, and hospitality
Collaborate closely with store management and other employees to foster a team environment
Embrace and promote the CPK High 5 service principles
Provide an inviting and pleasant experience for guests from arrival to seating
Assist in ensuring smooth flow of guests during busy periods

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
Ability to stand for extended periods
Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Strong verbal communication skills
Ability to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced setting
Must be at least 18 years old
