Requirements
Professional appearance in both verbal and visual presentation
Able to work closely with Maitre'd and management to strategize reservation plans
Ability to learn the Forbes Service Standards
Great sense and understanding of hospitality
Understanding of New York City restaurant arrival and reservation process
Fluent ability to operate Resy, including tag management, confirmation and communication feature
Previous multi-phone line experience
Knowledge of Open Table or any reservationist platform experience is a plus, but not required
You must be available mornings and evenings, holidays and weekends
At least 1 year experience in Guest Relations or related position in a fine dining restaurant
Nice to have
