Job Description:

Harp & Crown, one of Schulson Collective's most outgoing restaurants puts an upscale twist on American classics. Within the renovated walls of an old manufacturing facility, you'll experience the industrial yet cozy ambiance that invites you to dine for weekend brunch, an adventurous night out or an exciting happy hour. The bi-level restaurant offers a main dining area, unique cocktail concoctions & an intimate private party space that includes a bowling alley. Ready to host your next party or an intimate dinner date, Harp & Crown is waiting for you!

Job Responsibility:

  • Greeting incoming and departing guests
  • Answering incoming calls to the restaurant and providing appropriate service
  • Managing the flow of guests into the dining and bar areas, providing accurate wait times to incoming guests if appropriate
  • Demonstrating problem resolution with customer relations and escalating communication to Management as needed
  • Working as a team with other Hosts, Servers, Bartenders, and support staff to ensure Schulson Collective steps of service are met at all times
  • Creating memorable experiences to build repeat business
  • Informing guests of other Schulson Collective restaurants
  • Being available to work nights and weekends
  • Performing other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Prior knowledge/use of Resy / Toast preferred
  • Minimum one (1) to two (2) years prior experience in client-facing role
  • Strengths must include multi-tasking, problem resolution, and customer relations
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be a team player with a strong work ethic
  • Exceptional hospitality/guest relations
