Job Description:

As a Host at ilili, you are an ambassador of hospitality who is passionate about providing an exemplary guest experience and making people feel genuinely welcomed while maintaining the highest standards of operation.

Job Responsibility:

Ensure that all guests and team members feel genuinely welcomed and fundamentally honored
Be an advocate of all internal policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines and training programs
In depth understanding of Reservations Systems (Resy, OpenTable, etc)

Requirements:

2 years of hosting experience in a high volume, upscale restaurant preferred
Critical thinking and problem solving abilities
Proven track record of dependability and a passion for hospitality
