Interlachen Country Club is seeking a Host/Wait Assistant! Our team provides exceptional service and a welcoming environment for our members in our restaurants, the Bobby Jones Pub & Grill and The Lodge. Job Responsibility:

  • Enhance our member experience by anticipating needs, personalizing interactions, and striving to be the best part of each member's day
  • Answer phone calls, and facilitate reservations and to-go orders accurately and efficiently
  • Offer members and guests a warm greeting and a fond farewell
  • Be knowledgeable about the menu, specials, and other Club offerings
  • Ensure the host area and restaurant is clean, tidy, and inviting
  • Support your fellow team members and contribute to a healthy, positive culture

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Host and club experience is a plus
  • Experience with restaurant POS systems is a plus
  • Must be 16 years or older
  • Positive attitude
  • Service-oriented

  • People-person
  • Diligent
  • Ability to move and lift up to 25 lbs
  • Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods of time
  • Sunday availability is required
  • Willing to have flexible schedules and willing to work weekdays, weekends, and some holidays
