Job Description:

The Host or Hostess is responsible for welcoming guests, managing seating arrangements, and ensuring a clean and organized dining area. The role requires professionalism, adherence to safety standards, and strong interpersonal skills to support guest satisfaction.

Job Responsibility:

Greet guests and determine the number in their party
seat guests and provide assistance
arrange tables and seating for special needs
ensure place settings are clean and appropriate
maintain cleanliness of work areas
monitor dining rooms for service and guest well-being
report accidents and unsafe conditions
support team to reach common goals.

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds
ability to speak with others using clear and professional language
adherence to company and safety policies
professional appearance and confidentiality
ability to build positive working relationships and respond to concerns.
