Job Description

The Host/Hostess is responsible for informing and directing visitors or customers. In addition to reception duties are supplemented by telephone reception and secretarial tasks. As a result, he/she must take account of customer requests and requirements in order to deliver a quality service to our customers in line with Four Seasons standards.

Job Responsibility

  • Inform and direct visitors or customers
  • Handle telephone reception and secretarial tasks
  • Take account of customer requests and requirements to deliver quality service
  • Greet, assist and provide guests with pleasant, efficient and professional service
  • Handle telephone calls and make reservations

Requirements

  • Possess the legal right to work in France at the time of application
  • Fluency in French and English
  • Qualified and experienced in reception and service
  • Demonstrate excellent team spirit
  • Have excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
