Job Description:

Host/Hostess position at OZONE restaurant in The Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong, responsible for greeting and seating guests, maintaining dining room standards, and delivering exceptional luxury service following The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards

Job Responsibility:

Greet guests and determine party size
Seat guests at clean available tables
Guide guests through dining rooms
Move and arrange tables, chairs, and settings
Ensure place settings are appropriate with napkins and clean silverware
Check menus for cleanliness and currency
Maintain cleanliness of work areas
Monitor dining rooms for seating availability and guest safety

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience
No supervisory experience
No license or certification required
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds
