Host/Hostess

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Host/Hostess to join the team at Michelin* HIDE. HIDE is an urban oasis from the bustling world, hidden in plain sight. Spread over three floors, two light-filled dining rooms are set around a breath-taking central staircase and enjoy tranquil views over Green Park. Serving breakfast, lunch & dinner, a sizeable a la carte menu showcases the very best seasonal offerings, largely sourced from a close network of small farmers & suppliers from across the UK. A tasting menu with matching wine flights is also available on both floors. Your role will include a variety of shifts including Breakfast, double and closing shifts including bank holidays and weekends. HIDE restaurants were awarded Michelin* within their first year. This is an ideal opportunity for a Host/Hostess looking to join a great team of professionals. We foster our Host/Hostess team to develop their skills with mentorship from a member of our Management Team and an array of social activities and supplier visits. The restaurant itself is a beautiful, uniquely designed space with bespoke tableware & one of the largest wine lists in the country. Service showcases the vast range of skills at our Host/Hostess's disposal by bringing elements of theatricality to the dining room. This position is hourly paid with a starting wage of £15.21 per hour and available for an immediate start. We are currently offering between 30-40 per week.
