Job Description:

Do you always receive your friends at the door with a big smile? We've got the job for you! The host(sse) greets customers at the door with a smile and leads them back to their table or to the bar. You can perform a variety of tasks to make the customer experience more enjoyable and ensure they come back. We may require your services at the counter to take out.

Job Responsibility:

Take reservations
Greet customers
Present the menu
Make suggestions
Answer questions about the menu and beverages
Apply the rules of hygiene and health and safety
Perform duties related to the maintenance of the restaurant and equipment
Ensure the workstation is always kept clean
Organize workstation efficiently
Use sales techniques
Maintain dining room menus
Execute all other tasks requested by the manager
Provide exceptional customer service

Requirements:

Good interpersonal skills

Sense of collaboration
Ability to adapt to a situation
Good communication
Good listening skills
Being dynamic, honest, and success-oriented
Able to work well during rush hour
