Job Description:

The Ritz-Carlton Aruba is seeking a Host/Hostess to greet and seat guests, maintain cleanliness, and provide excellent customer service. Responsibilities include monitoring dining areas, following company policies, adhering to Gold Standards, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Job Responsibility:

Greet and seat guests
maintain cleanliness of dining areas
arrange tables and settings
check and update menus
monitor dining rooms
follow company policies
maintain confidentiality
provide guest assistance

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
no related work experience
no supervisory experience
adherence to safety and security policies
clean and professional appearance
ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects under 10 pounds
positive working relationships
clear and professional communication.
