We are looking for an experienced Host/Hostess to Join our team at Victoria & Albert Museum. We are predominantly day time shifts, meaning we offer one of the best work-life balance in hospitality.

Job Responsibility:

Greet guests with a warm and welcoming smile
Manage queues to reduce waiting time
Manage reservations and ensure smooth seating arrangements
Provide exceptional customer service by assisting guests with their needs
Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area
Support waitstaff and other team members as needed
