Job Description:

Host/Hostess position at The Ritz-Carlton Reserve in Nekajui Peninsula Papagayo, responsible for greeting guests, seating arrangements, maintaining dining room standards, and delivering luxury hospitality service following The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards.

Job Responsibility:

Greet guests and determine party size
Seat guests at clean tables
Guide guests through dining rooms
Arrange tables and seating for groups
Ensure proper place settings with napkins and silverware
Maintain clean menus and work areas
Monitor dining rooms for seating availability and guest safety
Follow company safety and security policies
Maintain professional uniform and appearance
Welcome guests according to company standards
Use clear professional language
Develop positive working relationships
Support team goals
Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience
No supervisory experience
No license or certification required
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds
