Host/Hostess

• Welcome guests as they enter the establishment with a friendly and courteous demeanor
• Ensure guests feel valued and appreciated
• Manage the seating of guests according to the availability, ensuring they are seated in a timely manner
• Handle reservations, ensuring that they are logged correctly and that guests are seated according to their reservation time
• If the establishment is busy, manage waitlists and provide accurate wait time estimates
• Take incoming calls, provide information about the restaurant, and assist with reservations or inquiries
• Assist guests with requests, provide information about menu options, and ensure a pleasant dining experience
• Address guest concerns or issues professionally, escalating them to the manager when necessary

• Fluency in both Spanish and English
• A minimum of two (2) years of experience working in the Food & Beverage industry
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and walk around the establishment for the duration of the shift
• Must maintain a polished, professional appearance at all times, adhering to the company’s dress code and grooming standards

A minimum of one (1) year of experience in a luxury hotel or a similar high-end hospitality environment is highly preferred and considered a valuable asset
