Under the direction of the Restaurant Manager and Supervisor(s), is responsible for timely, efficient, accurate service for restaurant patrons and their dining experience.
Job Responsibility:
Reports for scheduled events on time, in proper uniform, with a neat and clean personal appearance
Reports to assigned area in a timely manner
Must maintain a friendly, positive attitude and a professional demeanor at all times
Fulfills opening and closing duties as dictated by management
Greets and seats guests in a timely, efficient and professional manner
Handles phone calls/reservations, manages the dining room seating, and assists colleagues and guests
Maintains a clean, neat, and safe work environment
Communicates with Supervisors and Management with any issues or concerns
Works as a team with fellow associates and other service departments within the club and stadium
Performs and successfully completes tasks assigned by management.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Must have two (2) to three (3) years working in a fast-paced bar or restaurant
Positive attitude and professionalism required
Must be pleasant, courteous, and enjoy working with people
Must be able to work in a team environment
Must be able to remain calm in stressful situations
Must be able to smile, maintain positive body language, and consistently provide positive guest service
Must be able to make generalizations, evaluations, and decisions without immediate supervision
Must be at least 18 years old
Must be able to obtain CA Food Handlers Certification
Must be able to obtain RBS (alcohol) Certification
Must be willing to work hours that vary, according to the event schedule
