Job Description:

Courtyard by Marriott Mexicali is hiring for the Host/Hostess Cashier position. The role involves greeting and seating guests, maintaining dining room standards, and ensuring guest satisfaction while adhering to company policies and maintaining professionalism.

Job Responsibility:

Greet guests and determine the number in their party
seat guests and guide them through the dining rooms
ensure place settings are appropriate
monitor dining rooms for seating availability and guest well-being
maintain cleanliness of work areas
follow safety and company policies
develop and maintain positive working relationships.

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
no related work experience
no supervisory experience
ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance
adherence to company policies
professional appearance and communication.
