Host / Hostess - Breakfast

• Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival, using guest names whenever possible
• Manage and coordinate reservations and walk-in seating to optimize guest satisfaction and dining flow
• Escort guests to their tables, presenting menus and introducing them to their server
• Maintain an accurate waitlist and provide realistic wait time estimates with courtesy and professionalism
• Handle guest concerns or complaints with poise and professionalism
• Support restaurant operations during peak periods, including assisting with to-go orders or table resets when needed

• Proven experience in restaurant or food & beverage management within luxury hospitality, ideally with breakfast or fine dining service
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• A genuine passion for guest satisfaction and service excellence
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with early-morning operations
• Deep understanding of luxury dining standards and attention to detail
• Previous experience as a host/hostess or in a guest service role preferred
• luxury hospitality experience a plus
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a polished and professional demeanor
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Availability and flexibility to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
