Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe is seeking a hardworking and driven individual for our Terra Restaurant and Bar- a person who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do and shares our passion for service excellence!

Job Responsibility:

  • Warmly welcome and seat guests with genuine hospitality, ensuring tables are prepared to their preferences
  • Maintain a polished host stand, answer calls professionally, manage seating charts, and support smooth restaurant flow
  • Show care and awareness throughout the dining experience, staying attentive to guest needs
  • Resolve guest issues with professionalism, assist with special requests, and provide accurate information about hotel services and events
  • Use reservation systems accurately to support proper setup and guest seating
  • Support the team by helping clear tables and run food as needed

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of service industry experience preferably in a luxury hospitality environment
  • Mobility to move throughout the host stand, restaurant, and bar areas
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Flexible schedule- availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
