The Host(ess) is the first interaction for guests in our Restaurants and is the designer of memorable experiences. This role is dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests.
Job Responsibility:
Provide guests with pleasant, efficient and professional service in accordance with Four Seasons standards
Handle telephone calls and make reservations
Inform and direct customers
Manage the reservations booklet, taking into account the requirements of each customer, and provide the service team with the table plan to be set up in accordance with management's wishes
Requirements:
Possess the legal right to work in France at the time of application
Fluency in French and English
