Nestled in the beautiful Hampshire countryside, Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire offers world‑class hospitality in a stunning setting. With exceptional dining experiences across our restaurants and lounges, we pride ourselves on delivering warm, genuine service in a relaxed yet refined environment. We are now looking for a dedicated Hostess to join our Food & Beverage team. As a Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a seamless dining experience from the moment they arrive. This is a guest‑facing role that combines organisation, communication, and exceptional service.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide a warm, professional welcome to all guests upon arrival
  • Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating plans efficiently
  • Escort guests to their tables and introduce them to their service team
  • Communicate effectively with restaurant management, servers, and kitchen teams
  • Assist with menu knowledge and answer guest enquiries with confidence
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the host stand and entrance area
  • Support the wider Food & Beverage team as needed
  • Uphold Four Seasons standards of luxury and service excellence

Requirements

  • Previous experience in hospitality or a guest‑facing role preferred
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • A friendly, confident, and guest‑focused attitude
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast‑paced environment
