As a Host/ess at our CottoCrudo Restaurant, you will be the welcoming face of the restaurant and the first point of contact for our guests. You will manage reservations, coordinate seating, and work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth flow of service and an exceptional dining experience.
Job Responsibility:
Manage restaurant reservations and seating across all hotel F&B outlets
Welcome guests warmly and ensure a seamless arrival and dining experience
Liaise with Front Desk and Concierge to support hotel guests’ restaurant bookings
Brief the restaurant team daily on reservations, special occasions, and dietary requirements
Maintain constant communication with management to ensure service standards are consistently met
Handle guest inquiries and concerns professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times
Requirements:
High school diploma
Previous experience in a similar role within fine dining or a hotel environment is an advantage
Proficiency in Word and Excel
Opera and Micros knowledge is a plus
Warm, welcoming personality with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills
Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail under pressure
Fluency in English and Czech, both written and spoken
Flexibility to work all shifts
