Job Responsibility:

  • Welcome the guests at the restaurant
  • Seat guests promptly at a table, pre-set for the number in the party and according to guest preferences
  • Set up host/hostess stand, answer phone calls according to the Four Seasons standards, and make recommendations as to the set-up of the room, maintain a station chart and cover count for the restaurant

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years’ experience in 5-star luxury hotels in a similar role
  • Outstanding grooming, outgoing and joyful personality
  • Strong interpersonal skills, previous experience managing a team of host/esses
  • Knowledge of MICROS preferred, OpenTable and others
  • Excellent communication skill and fluency in English and other languages
