Job Responsibility:

  • Greet and seat guests while managing reservations in line with Four Seasons standards
  • Handle guest requests, anticipate needs, and provide personalized service
  • Organize the host stand, oversee seating plans, and ensure balanced station assignments
  • Answer phone calls, take reservations, and provide information about the restaurant and hotel services
  • Maintain menu quality and stay fully informed on daily specials and menu offerings
  • Collaborate with other departments and promptly report any incidents or special requests to management

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills in French, both oral and written
  • An intermediate level of English is required to provide professional service to international customers, understand their specific requests, and respond effectively
  • Strong customer service experience with superior interpersonal skills, professionalism, and discretion
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel)
  • experience with OpenTable is an asset
  • Previous experience in luxury hospitality or restaurant settings is a plus
