Job Description

We're currently recruiting a dedicated Hospitality & Vm Supervisor to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Restaurant Associates on a full time basis, contracted to 35 hours per week.

Job Responsibility

  • Responsible for leading hospitality operation at prestigious independent school, working with GM on key events
  • Working with exec chef to ensure costings are accurate and offer is suitable
  • Working with admin to produce accurate weekly/monthly event sheets for both production and end of month billing
  • Planning ahead to manage rota/overtime requirements, equipment needed, communicating with casual labour team to get coverage needed
  • Ensuring all repeat bookings are maintained (e.g. morning coffee to headmaster)
  • Performing hospitality stocktakes and maintaining hospitality stores and prep areas
  • Ensuring all food safety processes are in place and being followed (transport records, packed lunch hand overs etc)

Requirements

  • Be passionate about great-tasting food and exceptional customer service
  • Have a minimum of two years of catering experience
  • Have experience managing teams in a similar role
  • Hold a Basic Food Hygiene certificate
  • Have excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Be an ambitious and motivated individual who is always looking to upskill
