Demonstrable experience at Hospitality Management level. Experience managing one or more of the following: F&B, Housekeeping, Front Office, Reception & Reservations, Conference & Events, Outlet, Kitchen. Ideally, a professional qualification in hospitality or a related field. Confidence with technology and strong organisational skills. Level 2 (GCSE) qualification in English and maths (or a willingness to achieve this). A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle for travel within your team area.
