We are seeking a qualified and experienced Hospitality & Tourism Trainer to deliver skill development training programmes in the hospitality, travel, tourism, hotel management, customer service, and related sectors. The trainer will be responsible for conducting engaging training sessions, developing learners' industry-specific skills, and supporting placement and employment outcomes.
Job Responsibility
Deliver classroom and practical training in Hospitality & Tourism courses
Train candidates on hotel operations, front office management, housekeeping, food & beverage service, tourism services, travel management, customer relations, and soft skills
Prepare lesson plans, training materials, assessments, and practical exercises
Monitor trainee attendance, performance, and progress
Conduct assessments and maintain training documentation as per project guidelines
Organise industry visits, demonstrations, and practical exposure activities
Support placement activities and prepare candidates for interviews and employment
Ensure compliance with government skill development standards and project requirements
Submit reports, trainee records, and training updates to project management teams
Requirements
Graduate/Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Tourism Management, Travel & Tourism, or related discipline
Certified Trainer qualification preferred
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong knowledge of hospitality industry standards and customer service practices
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in the Hospitality & Tourism industry and/or training domain
