Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Hospitality Team Leader to join our team at The Convention Centre Dublin - a world class venue in the heart of Ireland's capital city. This exciting Hospitality Team Leader role is ideal for someone with leadership experience in the hospitality industry, ready to take charge and deliver exceptional service at high-profile events.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of hospitality staff during events
  • Ensure the smooth running of food and beverage service operations
  • Monitor staff performance, provide guidance, and address any issues promptly
  • Handle alcohol responsibly and ensure team compliance with licensing laws
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards
  • Communicate effectively with event managers and clients to meet service expectations.

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years or older (due to serving alcohol)
  • Previous experience in a hospitality supervisory or team leader role is essential
  • Able to work 5 days per week, including evenings and weekends
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and a commitment to excellent customer service.
