Job Responsibility:
Ensure client queries are answered promptly and professionally
Ensure the highest standards of presentation and cleanliness of all fronts of house areas and equipment
Ensure that there is a thorough understanding of all menus and wines
Liaise with kitchen team and conduct team briefing to ensure business runs effectively
Be the first point of contact for hospitality, lead and organise evening events
To manage compliance of COSHH, food safety, health and safety regulations
Assist contract manager with maintaining hospitality booking processes, stock management and monthly bookwork
Requirements:
Have a minimum of 2 years' experience working in a catering environment
Focused on the front line
Self-motivated and able to work well unsupervised
Previous experience within catering desirable
