We are recruiting an experienced Senior Sous Chef to join a high-volume, premium hospitality operation based in Canary Wharf. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong, hands-on leader with a fine-dining background who thrives in complex, fast-paced environments while maintaining exceptional standards.
Job Responsibility:
Leading a brigade of 10 chefs and 4 Kitchen Porters
Delivering consistent, high-quality food across multiple service styles
Service Overview: Breakfast, lunch and dinner service
Daily private dining (up to 18 rooms)
High-volume working lunches (up to 300 covers per day)
Buffet service for 50–200 covers
Canapés and finger food for events of up to 200 guests
Family-style buffets and structured banqueting
Fine dining programme delivering approximately 100 covers per week
Requirements:
Proven senior-level fine dining experience within high-volume, complex kitchen operations
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop and manage large teams
Confidence delivering consistent quality under pressure
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
